The Seacoast Board of REALTORS® held the 4th semi-annual "State of the Seacoast" press conference on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at the Board offices at Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth, NH. John Rice, President of the SBR, led a panel who spoke about the state of the current real estate market and specifically what it means to the Seacoast NH area.

The panel also included Jim Lyons, 2008 President, NHAR; Jay Gibson, President, Piscataqua Savings Bank; Steve Berg, Chair of the NH Real Estate Appraisers Board; Peggy Carter, Homebuilders Assn; and Nancy Carmer, Manager, City of Portsmouth Economic Development program.
