The Seacoast Board of REALTORS held the first 2010 semi-annual "State of the Seacoast" news conference on
Friday, March 5th at the Portsmouth Country Club, combined with the monthly Membership Meeting.

A distinguished panel of speakers presented current statistics and information to a group of about 120 attendees. Joanna Rousseau introduced the panel: Monica McGillicuddy, 2010 NHAR President; Peter Francese, Demographer; Kevin Bartlett, Real Data Corporation; Peter Stanhope, Stanhope Appraisers; and John Rice, SBR member and a member of the board's PR Committee. The Seacoast Board of REALTORS®, the fourth largest REALTOR board in New Hampshire, is the governing board to about 750 Seacoast REALTORS® and Affiliates.
