The NEW HAMPSHIRE ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, “The Voice for Real Estate in New Hampshire,” is New Hampshire’s largest trade association, representing over 6,500 members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries. NHAR is one of 54 state and territory associations of REALTORS® chartered by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, America’s largest trade association, representing over 1 million members.

Our membership is composed of residential and commercial REALTORS®, who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors and others engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry. Members belong to one or more of our 13 local associations/boards of REALTORS®. They are pledged to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Working for New Hampshire’s property owners, the New Hampshire Association provides a facility for professional development, research and exchange of information among its members and to the public and government for the purpose of preserving the free enterprise system and the right to own real property.
